LIVE - INDOOR CLASSES (NIGHT)

We are so excited to see you again!  Our in person classes have resumed.  You no longer need to register for class, simply drop in anytime to join our calorie-burning and body sculpting party! 

Please follow us on facebook or instagram to know if there are any cancellations due to weather/illness.  Any cancelled class will be posted on our calendar section at least 2hrs prior to class start time.

Class location: Ukrainian Hall (130 Frood Road)

Mon: ZUMBA @ 6PM 

Tues: POUND / POUND UNPLUGGED @ 6pm 

        ZUMBA @ 7PM

Thurs: ZUMBA/TONING Hybrid @ 6pm

(bring small free hand weights or follow the Zumba choreo for the full hour)

PRICE: $10/PERSON (cash) or $12/PERSON e-transfer (to: zvibeinc@gmail.com)

Senior or student discount $8/PERSON

*PARKING: you can park on the street or at Lansdowne Public School. 

*WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: You'll need water and a towel for class. Dress in comfortable clothing, you will sweat!  You'll also need indoor running shoes.

Doors may be locked 5min after class start time.  If doors are locked, ring the bell and we will open the door.
